Magnetic Bar
Another name: Magnetic Tube, Magnetic Filter Bar, Magnetic Rod. Magnetic bars are usually made of SUS304,SUS316 or SUS316L seamless steel tubes Filled with permanent magnets by specialized design. Either round or square shape bars are available for customer's requirements for special applications.

Specification: Size: Our standard magnetic bar is 25mm(1 inch)in diameter and any length per customer's request up to 2500mm, the diameter of round magnetic bar can be smallest 10mm and largest 101.6mm. 

Working Temperature: Our ordinary temperature is 80 degree, but if demand, we can make up to 350 degree to meet your special applications Special Ends:Nailhead, eye nuts,thread hole, thread rod and other kind of ends. Magnetic Drawer
Another name:Drawer magnet, housing magnet, magnetic house, flo-mag magnet. Magnetic drawer effectively removes ferrous fragments and fines from the free-flowing material. They are designed for ferrous metal separation in a wide variety of dry processing applications. Housings are constructed 304 or 316L stainless steel. Strong magnetic grates inside filter the flow and extract the unwanted ferrous metal. They are widely used in food industry and chemical industry. Inside the housing, it can be one layer, two layer or more layers high intensity magnetic grates in frames. To initiate cleaning, the operator pulls two handles on the front of the housing, removing the magnetic drawer from the product flow. As the drawer is pulled out, you can wipe off the accumulated metal from the tubes into a catch box for disposal. 

Magnetic Grate

Plate Magnet
Plate magnet are used for removing tramp iron impurities, such as bolts,nuts,nails from free flowing powder, granular materials. To safeguard the downstream machines. The hinge and eye nuts can b e requested for installation.

Magnetic Roller
Magnetic roller is made of permanent magnet, no electric power required for magnetic field generation, it is used with the belt conveyer, to separating the ferrous particles from the material flows over the belt conveyer. The magnetic strength, size and other character is designed according to the belt conveyer and material. There is key slot on the surface of axis to match the gear, pulley, reduction gears. The SUS304 Cover is provided if it is necessary.
